What forms of payment do you accept?
We use a secure shopping cart system, which accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also accept PayPal. To pay by check or money order, please contact us at email@example.com to arrange your payment.
What is the cost of shipping?
We use the United States Postal Service to ship all of our orders to you. We also ship internationally. Please find information about postage rates here.
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax for orders that are placed in the state of Rhode Island. The tax is automatically calculated with your order.
Do you have order forms?
Our web shop provides a secure shopping cart. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, you may use the shopping cart of our website, print out the shopping cart page, and send the order sheet along with your payment.
What is your return policy?
I appreciate your business with Scandinavian Stitches and hope that everything that you order meets your expectations. If not, please contact me within three days of receipt of your order, and I will do my best to fix the situation. Please note that kits, books, charts, threads, fabrics, notions, and accessories may not be returned or exchanged.
