Scandinavian Stitches operates primarily as a 24/7 online needlework store. In addition, we set up our booth, or "traveling shop", at various needlework, quilt and Scandinavian events throughout the country. And twice a year we turn our home into a shop for a three-day long "Home Show".
Now ... by appointment, you and your friends can come shop in our home at your convenience! ... and stay for a cup of tea :)

We are excited to open up our home and show you all the fun things we have. the Internet is great, but we love to meet fellow stitchers in person! And this way you can actually see and touch the threads, banding and linens; peruse the books and calendars; try out accessories; bring your needlework to see what bell pull hardware looks best with it; see what comes inside the kits; etc.
So if you plan to be in the Southwestern Connecticut area, let us know! We are just 50 minutes from Manhattan.
